CNC Fiber Laser/Punch Press Operator Requirements:
- 3 years of experience with the setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automated blanking machines
- Experience with automated fiber laser machines
- Experience with automated turret punch machines

CNC Fiber Laser/Punch Press Operator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Setup & Operation
- Program, set up, and operate automated punching systems and fiber laser/punch combination machines.
- Ensure optimal cutting and punching quality through adjustments, tooling changes, and proper material handling.
- Load/unload material using automated LUL & PR systems.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on fiber lasers, punching systems, and automation equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
- Partner with OEM technicians when advanced repairs or troubleshooting is required.
- Process Optimization
- Monitor machine performance and suggest improvements for efficiency, quality, and uptime.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in sheet metal processing and automation.
- Train team members on safe and effective use of equipment as needed.
