Duties and Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality parts on CNC boring mills with minimal supervision
Set up, operate, and program CNC boring mill equipment
Program and modify jobs using Mastercam
Interpret and work from engineering drawings and blueprints
Measure, mark, and verify dimensions and reference points on materials and workpieces
Troubleshoot and resolve machine, tooling, and process issues
Operate forklifts and lifting devices to move materials and finished parts safely
Collaborate with shop supervisors, engineers, production control, quality, and other team members to complete assignments and resolve machining or quality concerns
Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment
Enforce and comply with all company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies

It has grown into one of the largest complete machine shop operations in the Chicago area, now serving steel, food, plastics, paper, textile, and recycling industries.

Our specialty in machining large assemblies and subassemblies is because of the unique machines we have at our facilities. We provide in-house-control of complete machine shop operations. This control optimizes our manufacturing processes, reduces cost and provides quick delivery.
